"This is another example of meteorological migraines, and a very divided viewing area regarding snowfall to say the least. This was another challenging forecast with absolutely no consistency in the forecast, even 12 hours away from the event. Some of the late February through early April snowfalls have a feature called mesoscale banding, and when this feature occurs, your forecast is shot, both on the high and low ranges.
