29 Nov 2010 Extended Forecast

MAP ABOVE IS "AVERAGE" TEMPS FOR DECEMBER - GET READY....

WEATHER AROUND THE COUNTRY: A storm system will unleash potentially flooding rain from the eastern Great Lakes to the spine of the Appalachians tomorrow. Along the tail-end of the system's cold front, severe thunderstorms will threaten Georgia and the central Gulf Coast. Ahead of the system, milder air will surge across the East Coast. A few showers will dot the Southeast coastline, while an area of high pressure keeps the mid-Atlantic coast and New England dry. On the back side of the system, a bit of snow will linger over the Upper Midwest. Howling winds will chill the entire Midwest and Plains. Meanwhile, another system will spread rain over the Pacific Northwest. Snow will blanket the Northwest's interior, while high pressure makes for another cool and dry day in the Southwest.
