Prelim Snow Reports:
Jasper Cty 1.2" - Iowa Cty 1.9" - Pow Cty 2.8"- Keokuk Cty 4.0" - Mahaska Cty 4.1".

Talkweather 3-4" Snow Forecast Held for POW CTY:  2-4" Snow was common south of I-80, while 1-3" was the norm north of I-80.  Snow ended in POW CTY between midnite and 1AM............

Expect another round of flurries to move in later this afternoon and become a steadier Lt Snow tonite into Sat.  This system will be abit dryer with 1-2" expected thru midday Saturday.

It ain't over yet:  Another system will develop in SW Kansas and track ENE into Central Kansas by Late Sat.  We should see Lt Snow changing to a Winter Mix overnite Sat before going all Rain Sunday. As the Low tracks into NW Mo later Sunday, Showers/Thunderstorms will develop and move northward - possibly bringing short periods of a Rain/Sleet Mix thru the Aftn/Eve - changing to Lt Snow/Wind Overnite lasting into Monday Morning......
