12 March 2011 Extended Forecast

We'll continue the current weather pattern thru at least the next 10 days.  Strong upper level flow from West to East will give us at or just above normal temps and precipitation as the main strorm systems pass to our north.  Sometime around the 22nd, the pattern will take on a more Southwest to Northeast flow - inturn allowing cooler air back into the Plains - with storms passing thru to our South......

This week?  After today - very seasonal.  Temps will warm to above normal, with the warmest day being Thursday (Temps may reach 70)....Precip for the week will be hit and miss as upper level systems move thru every 36hrs or so with shots at Thunderstroms Tues and Thursday......
 

Today 12th: Dry and Windy (NW Gusts to 25-35mph) - Diminishing to 10-20mph this afternoon.  Temp 40

Sun and Mon 13th/14th: Dry early Sun - then Rainshowers overnite Sun into early Monday - then Dry. Temps Mid/High 40's

Tues and Wed 15th/16th: Iso afternoon Tshowers Tues - Dry Wed. Temps Mid/High 50's

Thurs and Fri 17th/18th: Windy/TShowers Thurs - Rain Fri. Temp near 70 Thurs - Low 50's Fri

Sat and Sun 19th/20th: Dry Sat - Showers Sun.

Mon and Tues 21st/22rd: Dry and Breezy.
*
Wed and Thurs 23rd/24th: Showers.
*
Fri thru Mon 25th-28th: Stormy.
