The week ahead: High Pressure has built over the Southeast U.S. forcing the overall Storm Path well to the north of Iowa. The result for Iowa will be Hot and Humid conditions Today and Tuesday. As the storm path sags southward, a weak cool front will spark Isolated Tstorms into Central Iowa Wed and Thursday - the front will stall over the Iowa/Mo. border. The best shot at stronger Storms will late Thursday into Friday along the front. It's possible we'll see 2-3 inches of rain south of I-80 thru the week. Unsettled weather will continue into next weekend......
