Tues, 21 June 2011 Extended Pow County Forecast

A Cold Front will move thru Central Iowa this afternoon and be the focus for more showers and storms this afternoon and evening.  Pow County will be the west border for severe weather.  At this time, I believe all the severe weather will be mainly north and east - along the Iowa/Pow County Line, and eastward.  Pow County itself "should" miss the brunt of the severe - with only "garden varity" Tshowers.  Look out East of here tho....

Once the cold front moves east, unseasonal cool temps and breezy will be the rule Wed and Thurs with High Temps only reaching the High 60's.  Expect very Isolated Showers in the cooler air Wed - clearing on Thurs into Fri.  The weekend is looking good - may see a Tshower or two late sunday into Monday.

Today and Wed 21st/22nd:  Breezy - Isolated afternoon/Evening Tshowers - Isolated Showers Wed - Temps 80/68.

Thurs and Fri 23rd/24th:  Breezy Thurs - Dry both days - Temps 67/75.

Sat and Sun 25th/26th:  Dry thru Sun Evening - then Isolated Tshowers - Temps near 80.

Mon and Tues 27th/28th:  Morning Tshowers Monday - then Dry - Isolated Afternoon Tshower Tues - Temps Mid 80's.

Wed thru Sun 29th- July 3rd:  Dry/Temps Mid to Upper 80's.

Mon thru Wed 4th-6th:  Stormy - But Don't Plan a Rain-Out for the 4th just yet.
