Isolated thunderstorms are possible this afternoon in Northern Iowa. An active weather pattern develops this weekend and looks to continue into next week. The first round of storms are forecast late Saturday night into Sunday morning across northern Iowa and drift southward. By Sunday evening, thunderstorms will become more numerous and spread across much of central Iowa overnight Sunday into Monday morning. After a brief dry period, Isolated showers and storms will re-develop later next week.

Isolated Tshower/Breezy Thurs and Fri - Temps Mid/High 80's.
Sat thru Wed 16th-20th: Isolated Tshowers Sat and Sun - Then Dry - Temps Near 90.
Thurs and Fri 21st/22nd: Continued Warm/Dry.
Sat and Sun 23rd/24th: Isolated Tstorms - Then Much Cooler.
