AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL PUSH FROM THE DAKOTAS INTO MINNESOTA TODAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL DROP THROUGH IOWA TODAY ALLOWING SHOWERS AND ISOLATED TSTORMS TO MOVE ACROSS THE STATE ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT. EXPECT MAINLY ISOLATED SHOWERS FROM NOON TO EARLY EVENING IN POW COUNTY ALONG WITH A BREEZY WEST WIND. TEMPS AHEAD OF THE FRONT WILL WARM TO THE HIGH 70'S WITH COOLER CONDITIONS BEHIND THE FRONT. A COOLING TREND WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS WITH CONTINUED NORTH WINDS AND MOSTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS THRU THURSDAY. TEMP WILL RETURN TO LOW 70'S EARLY NEXT WEEK.
Today thru Friday 20th-23rd: Isolated Showers Noon to 6pm Today, otherwise Mostly Cloudy and Dry - Breezy Today and Wed - Temps High 70's dropping to Mid/High 60's after Wed.
Sat thru Sat 24th-Oct 3rd: Mainly Dry pattern - Temps will range from Mid/High 60's early in the period to more seasonal after the 28th (Low 70's).
Sun thru Tues 4th-6th: Dry - Temps Mid 60's.
