A strong Cold Front has entered NW Iowa and extends southwest from near Clear Lake to Omaha Ne. Expect the front to enter Pow County between 10am and Noon, shifting the winds abruptly out of north and gusting in excess 35-40mph. Some locations to the north will see 50+ mph thru the afternoon. Winds will taper off this evening, but will remain Breezy thru noon Friday. Any showers associated with the front will remain well into NE Iowa. Temps will be in the mid 70's south of I-80 prior to frontal passage and drop quickly in the mid 60's after passage. The weekend looks great with temps in mid/high 60's - and dry into the middle of next week. Temps will reach near 80 Monday and Tuesday.

Showers 12th/13th, and 15th.
Much Cooler after the 12th.
