1/4" of Rain Saturday before changing to Snow Saturday Evening - Ending Sunday Afternoon - Expect up to 3" of Snowfall in Pow County.
Rain will change to snow from northwest to southeast later Saturday. Snowfall amounts will be greater the earlier the rain changes over - there will be a swath of heavier snow amounts (4+") on a line and north of Cedars Rapids, to Grinnell, to Winterset. Snow will end midday Sunday......Colder next week.......
Today (30th) thru next Monday (Dec 5th):
Precip: Snowshower Thursday - Rain early Saturday Mixing with Snow - changing to all Snow by evening and lasting into Sunday morning. Breezy Thursday, and over weekend. High Temps Low/Mid 40's thru Thursday, then near 30 into the weekend.
Tuesday (6th) thru Thurs (15th):
Lt Snow on the 9th/10th - again on the 14th/15th.
High Temps High 20's to Low 30's, and Lows in the Teens to Low 20's.
