Tues: Fog - Lt Rain by afternoon into overnite.
Wed: Rain, with an Isolated afternoon/Eve Tshower, changing to Rain/Snow mix late (Total Rainfall Today thru late Wednesday 1.5" - 2", No Snow accumulation expected) - Precip ending and becomming Dry/Windy early Thursday morning. High Temps 45/40/50 Today thru Wed, dropping to High 30's Thursday.
Fri (16th) thru Tues (20th): Dry thru Sun - Rain to Snow Monday Mon/Tues - High Temps to near 50 by Sunday - Low/Mid 30's Mon/Tues.
